This book is not well written. In addition, it violates the privacy of workers who do not know that everything they say is being written down to be published for an unknown reader. Even though it does state that the people involved are caring and hard working in behalf of the animals, there are hurtful descriptions of some people and quotations from people who thought they were speaking in confidence.
A totally misguided effort.
